Response time was lightning fast, the entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The entire facility is spotless, lotsa goodies in waiting room. They literally answered my questions before I even asked! The estimate was reasonable and spot on what it cost. Told me how long it would be and offered to bring me home and pick me up (which I took advantage of). Even left cookies in my car.This was such a positive experience I will be a life long customer.

I have used Honest - 1 on several occasions and have appreciated their work and communication . I was there this week and communication was not good. I had one young man who i first talked to - told him what I wanted to do (and get estimates for). They called and I dealt with someone else and didn’t feel like we were on same page! When completed - got bill (felt like was high) - then she said there was other work that needed to be done also. This was what I put car in for in first place. I admit - I am a little salty about this and would have wanted all this taken care of. On top of that, when I went to pay, their machine charged me twice - I even had told her that I was uncomfortable running it again. I know - it’s all crazy right now but it just seemed different this time. With all that said - I still like them and will use them again!
