5 Stars. Prompt at appointment time. Very friendly. Very efficient. Clean comfortable place to wait. They checked all over the car while changing my oil. Notice I'll need new tires soon so when checking out they gave me a written estimate for new tires too. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Good service

Although no one ever wants to receive the bad news of a costly car repair. We all know it comes with the ownership of a vehicle. However, I was recently directed to this facility and I can honestly say I am glad I was. Ryan was my service adviser. After making initial contact with him and his warm greeting. I decided to give the folks a chance. I knew I was in for a fairly major repair so I was already not excited. But Ryan calmly walked me through the process of the diagnoses. It was definitely a costly repair and complicated so he allowed me to try and source some options for alternate parts that would solve my current issue. Saving me $1500.00. He gave me an explanation as what to expect with the repair and length of time it would take. There was no questions unanswered, frustrations generated by bad communication or feeling of deceptive practices. Just good old fashion upfront and honest car repair. This is very rare to find these days and I for one really appreciate it when I find a place I can feel this level of confidence in. I would tell all my friends and neighbors about this place and suggest it to anyone who needs a "Honest" shop to deal with. No puns intended, but the place is aptly named.
