Ryan is a liar! He will get over on you. Sarah doesn't know anything and is not helpful at all. Honest one is not honest at all they are over priced for barley little of nothing. I highly recommend do not use service.

Good afternoon Alicia. Your BMW was towed to us with a 'no start' concern. After our initial complimentary inspection, our technician recommended testing the starter to determine if it was operational. Ryan informed you that several components would have to be removed to access the starter to test it. This would incur a two hour diagnostic fee which you approved. You did not approve the removal and replacement of the starter. Once we determined that the starter was faulty, you were informed of this, along with a quote to remove and replace the starter and other components necessary to complete the job. You declined to have us finish the repair, and instead informed us that you were having your vehicle towed away from our shop and that you would finish the repair yourself. We complied with your request and the tow company removed your vehicle from our premises.

We took our company vehicle in to have them do a diagnosis. They told us what the issue was and what the estimate was for the repair. We gave them the green light to do the service. NWhen we picked it up it was less than they estimated because they didn’t have to replace one of the parts. They could have told us that they replaced it or they could have replaced it anyway but they didn’t. They did the right thing and they were well, HONEST! Thank you for the great service!!

My Car warranty recommended me to come this shop and another and I chose Honest Care. My A/C wasn’t blowing cold air and I can’t have that, especially in this Texas heat. No Sir. Let me tell you, I’ve never felt so welcomed before. They answered all my questions, very nice customer service. They also kept me up to date. When you walk in they have to waiting areas an I wanted to stay their and fall asleep on the couch. Lol, that’s how you know it’s that’s comfortable and nice in their. Did I mention they gave me a ride back home!! That’s a plus. The person who took me home, I forgot his name but he had long blonde hair, an older guy and he gave me great knowledge about cars and stuff and any questions I had. Very conversational. It took them about a hour or two to figure out the problem, they called me and went over the details, on what’s wrong and how long it would take. My warranty covered it. Thank God. But after that my A/C was blowing colder then my freezer. Awwe it never felt that good. I definitely recommend Honest Care. I will be back and I will recommend any one who had A/C problems or anything to come here!! Oh yea, they walked me to my car, made me feel V.I.P. And they also left me a snack in my cup console and it was delicious. Thank You Honesy Care!!!

The customer service was nice, the waiting room was clean and inviting, answered a lot of my questions and worked on my car quickly. Thank you will be returning in the future.
