My experience with Honest 1 was the best car service I could ask for. They will be my first and only choice for all of my mechanic needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I originally had a battery going dead all the time so I took my Ford F150 into this shop for diagnostic. They found that the car alarm originally installed was draining the battery and they removed the alarm which seemed to be the issue. However, a few days later, I noticed my horn was now not working (was working fine before I took it in) and I went by and advised the shop of this new issue and that I was fairly certain they had somehow disconnected the horn when they removed the car alarm. I also advised the service manager that I wanted to bring the car in for them to look at this issue but that I only had 1 car at the moment and would have to drop it off and wait for the repair. I stressed this several times that I only had 1 car and would have to wait at the shop while they looked at it but also mentioned I did not want to wait at the shop all day. I made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. 12/15 thinking that they could look at it immediately since I had reserved that day/time specifically. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at 8:00 and the service manager asked if I was dropping this off. I said once again that I only had 1 CAR and that I would be waiting in their lobby. She advised they had multiple tickets still open from the previous day and that it would be awhile before they could look at it. It also sounded like it would be a day or so before they could even look at it. Unbelievable. At that point, I left since I work and don't have time to spend all day in their waiting lounge. Here's a tip for management-if you reserve a specific time/day for a customer to bring their car in for repair, you should honor that time slot and start repairs at that time. This should not viewed as just a "drop" off time by your shop. Due to the fact that they most likely disconnected my horn during the previous alarm removal and also the fact that they did not honor my time slot to look at my car, I will not be going back to this repair shop and I cannot recommend their services.

I am blown away every time I come here. Honest 1 goes above and beyond from the beginning of your service visit until the end. The waiting area is extremely accommodating and first class, the front desk is super informative and friendly, and the work done is always fast and efficient. I won’t go anywhere else to get my oil changed and have recommended this place to all of my friends and family.

Auto battery for a Nissan Rouge is now over $200! Not knowing this is now standard, I went to another vendor. With a VA discount, the amount was the same. I’m very happy with Honest-1 and will continue my five years of service with them. Thank goodness I don’t own an expensive vehicle.
