Highly dont recommend. Took over an hour for a phone call realizing they had to take door apart for a faulty window. 3 hours later tell me motor isn't working and it will be $500+. The motor is $50 online. Joke of a place. Stay away.

When you called us about the rear window not working in your 2004 Land Rover, we indicated to you that we could work you into the schedule once your left your vehicle with us. It took us about 2 hours to free up a technician to begin diagnosing the concern. There are many components related to the operation of an electric window. The up-down switch, relays, fuses, wiring, motors, etc. It takes time for our certified technicians to find which part(s) are faulty. In your case, after testing the entire circuit, it was determined that the motor and regulator had failed. Since our parts and labor come with a 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide warranty, we choose our parts vendors very carefully. We install either OEM parts or top of the line aftermarket parts supplied by national vendors. We do not buy parts on-line. We apply the standard parts markup that is customary in our industry. Our labor rates are not the highest in our area, nor are they the lowest. We always try to offer value in our services and our goal is always to give our customers an exemplary experience.
