I would like to send a Huge Thankyou to the owner of Honest One in Tyler Texas I was on Vacation from up North and and just bought new tires for my RV from another Honest One Dealer. When I noticed that I had a Low tire on one of the rear duel Tires So, I brought it into Honest One Tyler Tx. and stated my issues, and that I was from out of town! The owner with no hesitation sent a Tech to inspect the tire issue, and had me on the road less that 15 min. And did not charge me anything for my dilemma... Wow!! I have been a customer with Honest One for a awhile and will continue to do so. Side Note: When I told my Honest One Dealer from the North Location, he offered a free Oil Change on my RV for my troubles. This Company means what they say in their Title: The-"Honest Ones"....

Needed an auto sensor first they told me around 940 dollars I checked the price at auto store and was quoted 104.for each one I Needed 2 208. I then called garage in area they quoted me a price of 40. Dollars for installation for each sensor I then called a-1 back they now say the job will cost 1080.00 dollars I went and picked my truck up I got the work completed in 1 day for under 300.00 I have lost faith in A-1 I thought I was treated unfair and the explanation was unacceptable were only $104 each which made it $208 for both sensors

It was and always is a great experience. They fixed my car the very same day. The fix was great

Needed new plugs and 90K maintenance. They got the parts and everything was done in one day. Everything was done very well. They identified the charges up front and there was no surprises on the bill. It was all done better than the dealer and at a lower price. A couple of days later there was a problem with a defective part. They ordered a new one and replaced it at no cost. I find them to do superb work at a reasonable rate which is far less than the dealers. I would highly recommend them. They are very professional with a very friendly staff.

Great service. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and nothing more. Very honest!

I had my valve lifters replaced on one side of my engine. They did a really good job on the diagnostic very thorough sent me a link so I can visually see what repairs may be in the future. My car was in the shop for 3 days and I was shuttled a couple times only to the shop and back to my job. Owner very nice. However after I picked up my vehicle on a Friday, I drove back to my job to work 2 more hours before I was off. When I went to drive my newly repaired car home it would not start. It wouldn't even attempt to start which was not part of the original problem. Had a brand new battery put in a month beforehand. I checked my cables and the red cables were loose so loose I could pick them up off the terminal by hand so disappointing. I was stuck there till 9pm after I got off at 6pm trying to fix the problem and get the car running. I had work the next day and shop was closed until Monday. I was very very disappointed. I had to leave it there and spend another $40 on lyft rides to and from my job on Saturday after spending 2,000+ on car repairs. On Monday they paid for tow to their shop and brought my car back. Only thing I was told was a cable was loose that didn't appear loose. Didn't really receive any apology for the inconvenience of it all had to ask twice what was the issue my tak away from it was that whoever finished my vehicle was rushing and sloppy no tightening of the battery cables was a huge letdown there's not really an excuse for something so simple. My manager had been looking into car repair but decided against using honest 1 for these issues. My coworkers thought I should have been reimbursed for my lyft charges that following day since the issue was their mistake. I just wish I had been apologized to and felt like my extra 2 days with no car were understood by whomever did the sloppy finish.not sure if i will use them again or not. Have been given other recommendations by coworkers.

Got spark plugs and one ignition coil replaced plus some general maintenance done at this facility - ended up paying around 1400 overall. Next day engine light comes on, now im told I need to replace rest of ignition coils (3) for 790 and that they wouldn’t charge me labor costs. I went to dealership and got quoted 150 per ignition coil for genuine parts, but somehow this place wanted to charge over 200 per aftermarket coil?? Parts are severely overpriced and they could not explain difference in price?? Do your homework before getting work done here. They’ve got a steep makeup on parts, but labor might be a fair price.
