Highly dont recommend. Took over an hour for a phone call realizing they had to take door apart for a faulty window. 3 hours later tell me motor isn't working and it will be $500+. The motor is $50 online. Joke of a place. Stay away.

I'd be glad to address your concerns J. When you called us about the rear window not working in your 2004 Land Rover, we indicated to you that we could work you into the schedule once your left your vehicle with us. It took us about 2 hours to free up a technician to begin diagnosing the concern. There are many components related to the operation of an electric window. The up-down switch, relays, fuses, wiring, motors, etc. It takes time for our certified technicians to find which part(s) are faulty. In your case, after testing the entire circuit, it was determined that the motor and regulator had failed. Since our parts and labor come with a 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide warranty, we choose our parts vendors very carefully. We install either OEM parts or top of the line aftermarket parts supplied by national vendors. We do not buy parts on-line. We apply the standard parts markup that is customary in our industry. Our labor rates are not the highest in our area, nor are they the lowest. We always try to offer value in our services and our goal is always to give our customers an exemplary experience. They're very honest, dependable people. I would trust them with anybody. They even saved me a bad problem by finding a wheel bearing going out. I was there for them to work on my a/c!

During theiir complimentary inspection they found a small oil leak near the timing cover. They encouraged me to contact the dealer. I did so. Under warranty....so dealership fixing the OIL PUMP!!!!! HONEST ONE is solid..not out to make a quick buck! If you do not utilize their HONEST service you are throwing your hard earned dollars away.

Never bothered to call me when my truck was ready for pick up, had to call them and ask since it was hours from when they told me it should be ready Also didn’t care to do basic check ups on my truck like any other place always does as in simple things like checking tire pressure and airing them up or checking your check engine light and just let you know what’s up with it, basic things staff was also all rude to me anytime I communicated with them I will not be coming back.

My experience was absolutely fantastic. Not only was the cost of my extensive repair VERY reasonable but the service was beyond anything I have experienced in the past. Staff was friendly, honest, and helpful. They took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. My truck had to be there for a while due to the repair and they drive me home and picked me back up when it was ready to go. If I ever need a mechanic again I will be calling them first. Update 3/2020: taken my truck here a few times now and it’s always a good experience. If I can’t do it myself, they’re my first stop. I highly recommend them
