Response to owner: It’s under my husbands name. Not mine. Gail is very rude and doesn’t know the first thing about vehicles yet finds it necessary to give unwarranted advice. Company is way over priced and advertises a free diagnostic unless having to take stuff apart but is quick to call and say we’re gonna need to charge you this or that for the exact thing they quoted you as free. Found a shop down the street for 1/4 of the price they wanted to charge.
Our goal at Honest-1 is always to give our customers an exemplary experience. In this case, we don't find Jackie Gast as a customer in our system.
