💯 percent satisfy great job

Went for the first time for what I hoped would be routine maintenance stuff (10yr old car thats never had any of that done). But the free diagnostics showed some much more pressing safety concerns. I cannot express how thankful I was for the understanding and transparency. I LOVE that I was never pressured to get extra services. Most car places see a single young female and try to take advantage but they DID NOT! Travis made sure to explain everything that showed up on the diagnostic evaluation, why it showed up, and what NEEDED to be handled. Ended up replacing some shocks & struts. Dropped off at 8 had the car back around 3 pm. Very likely to return.

If the name of the business has "Honest" in it... You better think twice before using their services. I took my Toyota to the dealership and not only was it cheaper, but they actually repaired my vehicle.

THIS PLACE IS TRULY AMAZING I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH AMAZING SERVICE . SUPER KIND PEOPLE . THE MANAGER SARAH IS AWESOME SHE TOOK CARE OF US 😌 THEY EXPLAINED CLEARLY THE ISSUES OF OUR TRUCK AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE PARTS AND OUR TRUCK BACK ON THE ROAD . THEY ALSO GAVE US FINANCE OPTIONS SO THAT WAS VERY CONVENIENT ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . THE GUY WITH THAT PRETTY LONG HAIR WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND EVEN OPENED OUR DOORS I HAD TO TELL MY HUSBAND THIS HOW YOU DO IT HAHA 🤣

1st of all, I chose Honest-1 Auto Care because of the high rating and excellent reviews which is well deserved by the way. Travis explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He also gave me updates consistently. My wife went there to pick up the car and she said everyone there was so nice and friendly. The work the performed on the car was 1st rate and fast. I will definitely recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to everyone we know.
