I didn't like the fact they said small leak at first then said passes inspection then we go for think in we was going spend 50 bucks for maxcare end. Being 160 because they said nothing was wrong blew canister purge valve out an cleared the code so by 5pm light back. On I called an set a appt for Fri it was was same thing as tue purge valve found need be changed.but I did like them in the end they were prepared to change it until warranty said crown kia got change it factory warranty. But overall honest was real nice an did good job the front desk Sarah kept me informed of everything. Give then 5 stars 😁

Absolutely love this place. I drive for over an hour just to go there. There are tons of mechanics closer to where I live, but none that are like Honest-1. The staff is super nice, the lobby is always clean, and their prices are affordable. I will always go there.

I felt good about Honest-1 Auto Care when I stepped into their waiting area. It was very clean and the owner greeted me with a smile and a handshake. They diagnosed my truck and then took me into the shop so I could see what needed to be fixed. Their prices were reasonable. I’m on a fixed income so I could only get part of the truck fixed. They had no problem with that and actually suggested what needed to be fixed immediately and how soon I should try to have other repairs made. Excellent mechanics!!!! They are incredible, fast, and reliable. 10/10 I will take all of my vehicles there in the future. Edit: last time I took it up there a couple of weeks ago they didn't do what I requested. The quality of the work was extremely poor and I won't be back. It is like a gamble going up there in my opinion. The work could be good, but it could also be minimalistic. I'm going to start going to Hugh's Automotive instead. They were always consistent with work. I tried Honest 1 care because it was recommended by somebody close, but they're just not a good fit for somebody looking for consistent quality.

Edit: took my vehicle up there a second time and they didn't fix the issue with windows and still wanted to charge me $200. What confuses me is that the first time you actually fixed the window, but the second time when I tell you exactly what I need done....you don't do it? Really confused by your service standards. It's clear that I'm taking a gamble when I take my truck up there. Really sick because at first I liked this place. It is really hard to trust any automotive shop when they only halfway work on your vehicle. Seriously, you disappointed me. I guess you got money out of me so that is all that really matters on your end. I literally asked you to get the window to where it would stay up, but you didn't care to do that did you? You'll be hearing from me on Monday and you should probably not halfway work on somebody's vehicle again. You should just tell people "no, we don't want to". The it would be as simple as taking it somewhere else. Edit: just for off the phone with one of their reps and they haveno interest in setting it right. Goto Hugh's Automotive instead. Their work is actually consistent.
