Love these guy. Very professional and understand that it was going to be a 3 party invoice and handled as much as possible making my experience less stressful.

Had our AC serviced on 2019 GMC Acadia, which is quite a process on newer vehicles. They got me in and out on the same day. Great to have free shuttle service instead of having to sit in the lobby all day if you don't have anyone to pick you up and take you back. They kept me updated and informed all day. Rates are very fair, half the price of taking it to a dealership. Staff very friendly and the owner was the shuttle driver. I would recommend them to everyone. Very professional courteous and great customer service, which is rare these days. Thanks to all of you, my wife really likes having her AC working again.

EXTREMELY PLEASED!! My wife and I have a new place to take are vehicles for good honest service. Absolutely fair prices which became even better when they asked if we were veterans, which we are, so they gave us a Veteran's Discount. I won’t have to call around to auto repair shops anymore. There’s only one place we’re going. We’re going to Honest. And that’s the truth. Honest!!

My only complaint is that it took several days to get parts. Also, I had to call to get updates.

Sarah was friendly and got me in and out quickly.

Love the integrity of this business. I always know they are going to do what's necessary at a fair price. They extend a welcoming atmosphere and care.

I had a wonderful experience. They were kind enough to shuttle me home and picked me up to get my car once it was complete. I am sure the retrieval is not part of the norm but my circumstances were a little extreme. So funny story … the shuttle driver is super kind we talked all the way back to the shop; get back to the shop to get my car and low and behold… he’s actually the owner! Now that’s HUMBLE!! They can have all of my business! Excellent experience ☺️
