Decided to try this new shop in Tyler. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff and management. Super friendly and didnt try to upsell me on items I did not need. I will definately be taking my truck here from now on. They live up to the name of the business HONEST 1 AUTO CARE.

I was very impressed the minute I walked into the door. Friendly greeting from the front desk. Also, they have snacks and coffee available. The restroom was very clean and well stalked with cloth towels. Much more than I had expected.
