They REALLY care about their customers! I came in for an oil change and they do a thorough inspection of every nook and cranny of the car at the same time. I was shown a leak that needs to be repaired, they asked me questions about my maintenance history of the car and recommended what was needed in an open way. Very knowledgeable and caring attitudes. I even found a complimentary chocolate inside when I got in to drive home! I'll definitely be back to get my major repairs here. I already trust their knowledge and their ethics. Way to go guys.

Had my car serviced at Honest-1 Auto on 10/3/17. Absolutely fabulous customer service and very professional. I highly recommend them. I rarely complete reviews; therefore, for me to take time to complete this review means they did an outstanding job. Also the price was very reasonable. I will be returning to them.

Great service and friendly staff

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and advised me on procedures not to do with my vehicles, as other shops would simply agree with me and take my money. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. I would recommend this establishment to all.

What a nice experience! I was having difficulty with my car's A/C blower motor. Honest - 1 diagnosed my car's problem quickly, checked out the rest of my car when they did, gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair I needed and made recommendations for things I may need done in the future. Nice customer waiting area with beverages and snacks while you wait. There was no pressure to get additional services done at this visit. Repair was made timely, car ready when promised and received a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty on the work done.
