My second visit to Honest 1 was for an oil change and AC service on my Ford F150. The work was started right away and I again enjoyed visiting with Nathan and Ralph while I waited. I really appreciate the care the techs take to check all fluid levels as well as tires and battery. The AC did need service and the cost was quite reasonable. Nathan advised that the battery was probably going to need to be replaced sometime soon, but there was no pressure from him to get it done right then. If you live in Tyler or one of the surrounding communities, I urge you to give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great Staff!

Nathan was most gracious to me. I had a blowout on my rear driver tire and he allowed me to come into the shop while I waited on roadside assistance. They even gave me bottled water. Thank God for honest people like him.

The service was excellent. I have never been treated with such comfort and care. I have found me a wonderful place for service to my car. To get a call from the owner 2 days later to thank me was very enlightning.
