The staff are extremely knowledgeable and advised me on procedures not to do with my vehicles, as other shops would simply agree with me and take my money. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. I would recommend this establishment to all.

What a nice experience! I was having difficulty with my car's A/C blower motor. Honest - 1 diagnosed my car's problem quickly, checked out the rest of my car when they did, gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair I needed and made recommendations for things I may need done in the future. Nice customer waiting area with beverages and snacks while you wait. There was no pressure to get additional services done at this visit. Repair was made timely, car ready when promised and received a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty on the work done.

This was by far one of the more comfortable visits to an auto shop. Clean(!), friendly, quiet, GREAT service, along with a familiar touch. The approach to advising on potential maintenance i may need was straight forward, well explained and in no way pushy. I was very satisfied with my visit and plan to return in the future.

I called for a oil change on my Class A motorhome, and was told to come right in, and they would take care of me. The personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was out in less than an hour. All fluids checked and topped, tires filled. I am very pleased with the service.

We had great service. Out in less than an hour on our motor home. Great price. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience. I will gladly be doing business at Tyler Honest-1 Auto Care. They are courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I had been told by Tyler Ford that I would need new brakes at 81,000 miles, by the time I reached 81,000 miles my warranty had expired so I knew I didn't want to spend what it would cost to have a repair done at the dealership so I went over to Honest-1 Auto Care. Talk about being impressed they told me not only did I not need new breaks but it would be a while before I did. Imagine a repair shop telling you that you don't need a repair when you were certain you did. They did my alignment for me at my request and advised me that I one of my tires was on wrong. They were so great. The shop was spotless, the bathroom was extremely clean, there were snacks, water and coffee available and they told me to help myself. They also left a treat for me in my car when they were done. Needless to say I will be going back there and I hope my friends will give them a try.
