What an amazing experience. I will gladly be doing business at Tyler Honest-1 Auto Care. They are courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I had been told by Tyler Ford that I would need new brakes at 81,000 miles, by the time I reached 81,000 miles my warranty had expired so I knew I didn't want to spend what it would cost to have a repair done at the dealership so I went over to Honest-1 Auto Care. Talk about being impressed they told me not only did I not need new breaks but it would be a while before I did. Imagine a repair shop telling you that you don't need a repair when you were certain you did. They did my alignment for me at my request and advised me that I one of my tires was on wrong. They were so great. The shop was spotless, the bathroom was extremely clean, there were snacks, water and coffee available and they told me to help myself. They also left a treat for me in my car when they were done. Needless to say I will be going back there and I hope my friends will give them a try.
